Annapurna

Annapurna may be a series of peaks within the Himalayas, a 55 km long massif of which the very best point, Annapurna I,stands at 8091m, making it the 10th-highest summit within the world and one among the 14 “eight-thousanders”.The Annapurna region is situated in middle north Nepal and is defined by the Kali Gandaki River to the west, the Marsyangdi and Dudh Khola valleys to the east, the Pokhara valley to the south and therefore the Himalaya foothills that line the Nepal-Tibetan border to the north.

Granted, there are other Great Treks within the world. Still, none of them are the Annapurna Region. This has been dubbed the best of all of them , and once you’ve had this simply unforgettable experience, you will find it very hard to argue with this claim. beginning in lowland farms, you will be steadily making your high through undulating meadows to Thorung La, one among the very best passes within the world. Sleeping each night during a new teahouse, you will be gobsmacked by the way the geography and topography changes so dramatically. So do the locals: during your trek you’ll encounter jackal blue sheep, Danfe pheasants, and, if luck runs your way, possibly even a rare glimpse of the Himalayan ounce . As for humans, the Sherpa, Gurung, Magars, Thakali, and Tamang people will all cause you to feel ridiculously welcome as you stay in their towns and eat their hearty food. Unbelievable sunrises, precious cultural artifacts, along side the foremost spectacular mountain views during this world, will satisfy even the gruffest of trek enthusiasts. To be quite honest, you cannot really say you’re an accomplished trekker unless you’ve done this route.
