Description

This trek known as the Panchase Camping Trekking is one of the most hidden gems that Nepal has to offer. This is located in the same region as the Annapurna RegionPoon Hill Trek, and Royal Trek. Sadly, sometimes it is overlooked by hikers. Sometimes these other treks can be too lengthy or rigorous. So, indulging in a beautiful trek, known as the Panchase Trek, would be a great opportunity.

In 4 days, beginners will see how trekking- life is like. It allows you to see some of the wilder sections of the Himalayas. The Panchase Trek only requires moderate fitness and is perfectly trek-able for families and retirees. It’s also one of the cheapest treks in Nepal which is great for people on a budget. Therefore, so many different trekking options are available for you!

Starting in Pokhara, the trek allows you to explore this beautiful city and all it has to offer before leaving. Make sure you have a drink at one of the lakeside cafes! This will be a memorable treat for you. The trek then begins as you cross the Phewa lake by boat – an experience by itself! The trail then takes you up and past the World Peace Pagoda and descends through some lovely local villages where you can experience the authentic and rustic lifestyle of the local people. Therefore, you get to see the natural landscape, but also the culture that these local villages carry.

Panchase is actually one of the hill stations in the Annapurna Region and also a religious site for Hindu People. The summit of Panchase Hill (2500m) is often considered to be the best viewpoint to see Annapurna massif. However, along your trek you’ll also see other giant Himalaya peaks including Dhaulagiri, Lamjung, Machhapuchhre and Manaslu.

Let’s discover hidden gems of Panchase Village like never before by following our carefully curated 8 days itinerary, complemented by camping, all while keeping your travel costs in check.

Pokhara is a city of leisure as well as adventure activities. There are lots of more things to explore such as the Phewa Lake, Devi’s Dall, Mahendra Cave, Bat cave, a Tibetan refugee camp and a museum. Your Guide will organize this sightseeing tour for you.
Optionally, being an adventure city you can also do paragliding above the city and the lake, or traveling 160km/hour in a Zip flyer or, if you are daring and love adventure, Skydiving was recently added to the list. Mountain biking is another possibility of this tranquil city. Or else you can hike to the peace pagoda across the Phewa Lake where you will have astonishing views over the city and its lake, towered by the giant Himalayas.
